God worked through me on that day. I began to see Him in a whole new light and further realize my love for other cultures. Over the past few months since submitting my application for the J-term trip to Cambodia, I have been wondering if what I want to do with my life is really God's plan. After having my heart moved by wednesday's chapel, "I have decided to follow Jesus". I have been a Christian since I was really young, however, now that I am older, I realize the great significance of God's Will for my life. Even though He may not answer prayers right away, He is drawing me closer and closer to the path He has created for me. I am so excited to see where He takes me in my life! :)
A brand-new collection of memories from Junior year at Bethel University. "Another Day in the Life" is a way for me to share my love for what I do.

Afrizo
On wednesday, I attended chapel. I thought it was going to be like any other day with a speaker. I was sweetly surprised! Bethel University invited Afriza to come and worship with all the students during chapel hours. Afrizo is a Soul Worship Group comprised of students studying at the Daystar University in Nairobi, Kenya. I have never really learned much about this University, but I can tell you that after 2 hours of worshipping with the students, I was ready to catch the first flight to Africa!
